Kiya Knight
Originally from South East Alaska, I’ve spent the past four years living abroad working as a fitness trainer for Club Med, a European owned vacation resort. I had the opportunity to instruct a variety of fitness classes to a culturally diverse clientele both in English and French. I am a freshman studying sport science and recreation. I’m currently certified with A.C.E. and Body Training Systems. Here at the SRC, I teach weights, spinning and step aerobics.

Peg Hamlett
As the Fitness Manager for the SRC I coordinate the Wellness Classes, Personal Training, teach, and have various other sundry tasks. I love my job, the students and the great instructors/trainers who work for and with me. I received my M.S. in Sport Science, Recreation and Nutrition. I am certified through ACE, Stott Pilates, YogaFit Level 3, NIA, International Kickboxing Federation and Spinning. When I am not tied to the computer working on the Wellness web page or teaching classes I enjoy being on the Moscow City Council. I am in my 7th year on the council and enjoy the challenge it brings. I also enjoy home handygal projects, and there always seems to be a room in my house I am tiling, painting or just tearing apart and redoing.
