Adv. Belly Dancing Learned the basics and ready for more? You will enhance your skills in this advanced belly dancing class focusing on improving isolations and body movements. Class is fun and challenging. Instructor Kimberly McKinney.
African Dance Move your body to African rhythms feel the beat and learn basic moves and dances. Instructor Eudoxie Peckham.
Basic Body Toning This class will use light hand weights and basic body toning moves to help you stay toned and healthy. This class will focus on functional moves, core strength and balance along with range of motion. This is an ideal class for people looking to get back started exercising in a safe and comfortable enviroment with basic moves. Instructor Julie Fairley.
Beg Step This class will teach you the basics of step. Learn the moves, have fun and feel confident in your abilities. It will get your heart rate up and give you a fun workout. Instructor Leda Lohman.
Belly Dancing Laugh and learn to move your hips, move your belly and have a great time while improving your fitness level. This class will focus on hip isolation, posture, and precise

Body Blast Wake-Up High energy full body class. Squat, sweat and sculpt your muscles in this class it will get you going and push you to new limits. Instructor Kelly Maer.
Body Sculpt Tone and trim with this full body workout. Instructors Elizabeth Miller and Amber St. Amand.
Bootcamp Circuit This class is a hard core full body workout that will take you through a rigorous full body workout. Instructor Joel Mackes.
BOSU What is a bosu? Think of it as a phsioball cut in half. Integrated Balance Training on an apparatus that is a cross between a core board and a stability ball. It's fun, it's challenging and it's a total body workout Instructor Breezy Jackson.
Bounce, Ball, Balance Using the physioballs, balance and yoga you will improve your balance and muscle strength. This class will help in strengthening your back muscles and fully engage your legs and abdominals. Instructor Kristine Petterson.
Cardio Want to do your own cardio workout? Intimidated by the machines? Then this is the time for you to come in and use the SRC cardio equipment. We have treadmills, stair climbers, elliptical, Versaclimber, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, cycling bikes and more. You can do your own routine or have a Personal Trainer teach you how to use the equipment. Cycling Endurance rides, hill climbing and flats, you will experience exhilarating indoor rides that take you through all types of terrains and intensity levels. Instructors Kiya Knight, Breezy Jackson, Natalie Reighard, Jon Hoffman, Chuck Schoeffler, Brad Capawana, Debra Capawana, and Dolores Michaels.
Functional Fitness 50-minute Total Body Conditioning combines upper and lower body exercises to get your heart pumping and muscles burning! Instructor Joel Mackes.
Gentle Yoga This is a restorative flow yoga class with modifications for all levels. This will open and warm your muscles. Instructor Daniele Eastman.
Gravity Blast A compressed version of our Gravity strength class. This class gives you the benefits of a full workout in a 30 minutes class. Instructors Kiya Knight, Jessica Martin, Kristin Harwood and Breezy Jackson. Max 20 students, equipment can be reserved 15 minutes before class.
Gravity Circuit A dynamic workout on the GTS designed to provide group strength training that can be individualized to each participants fitness levels – without sacrificing technique, variety, challenge and importantly “fun”. Instructors Kiya Knight, Jessica Martin, Kristin Harwood and Breezy Jackson. Max 20 students, equipment can be reserved 15 minutes before class.
Gravity Group An energizing workout performed in as group class that incorporates strength training that can be individualized to each participant’s fitness levels. This class is challenging but fun. Equipment can be reserved 15 minutes before class.
Gravity Pilates The GRAVITY pilates philosophy is to provide a series of traditional Pilates and evolved Pilates exercises in a comfortable group setting while challenging each individual participant both physically and mentally, Incorporates all traditional principles of Pilates – alignment, breath, and core control while providing variety of fun and effective programming. Gravity Ride/Glide This invigorating workout is a mix of cycling and gravity circuit training. Two dynamic workouts in one class using the RevMaster Cycles and the GTS Gravity Machines. Instructor Chuck Schoeffler and Julie Fairley. Max 20 students, equipment can be reserved 15 minutes before class.
Gravity Strength Dynamic and slightly more challenging than the circuit workout – this group strength class comes with all the “bells and whistles” – be prepared to call for mercy! Instructors Justin Lowery and Breezy Jackson. Max 10 students, equipment can reserved 15 minutes before class.
Hip Hop learn and understand basic musicality, body isolations, and choreography . Then begin to explore more complicated rhythms and combinations as well as sophisticated body isolations, floor work, and elements of break dancing.
Int/Adv Step This class has a more advanced/intermediate choreography and dance moves. It will get your heart rate up and make you sweat. Instructor Breezy Jackson.
Mat Pilates Start with the basics in the pilates classes based on the teaching of Joseph Pilates. Stott trained instructor leads you through a series of exercises and moves to enhance your core strength and range of motion. Instructor Peg Hamlett.
Morning Walk Start with the day right with a refreshing walk throughout the campus and town. Exercise, socialize and lose the inches in the fun and invigorating class. Instructor Jessica Martin.

PT on the Floor During this time period there is a Personal Trainer on the floor to help answer any of your questions about weight training or how to use any of the equipment. This class does not count for the Personal Fitness Credit.
Rebounding This intense workout will have you sweaty and laughing at the same time. It’s one of the greatest low-impact and high intensity ways to get in shape, build balance and muscle strength…and have a great time doing it! Instructor LuAnn Scott.
