Student Recreation Center (SRC)
The Student Recreation Center (SRC) is located on the
north side of campus, on the corner of Paradise Creek Street and Line
Street. Built in 2002, the SRC provides an opportunity for the busy
student, faculty, and staff to workout, play, and relax. With over 80,000
square feet, the building features:
- Campus Recreation Administrative Offices
- Two Full-Size Gymnasiums
- Multi-Activity Court (MAC)
- Two Fitness Activity Studios
- Fitness, Health & Certification Classes
- Indoor Running Track (9 laps = 1 mile)
- Locker Rooms with Saunas
- Weight Training and Cardio Fitness Areas
- Circuit Training Mezzanine
- Classroom (accomodates 40)
- Climbing Center Featuring 55’ Climbing Pinnacle
- Outdoor Program and Rental Center
- Cliff’s Rock Bottom Café
- Vandal Massage
Campus Recreation’s general policy is to keep the
Student Recreation Center gymnasiums and courts available for open
recreation during the academic year. During low-use times or academic
breaks, Campus Recreation can consider the possibility of reserving special
events in the SRC facilities. If you are interested in reserving your
special event in the Student Recreation Center, please contact the
